The strategies of SPM in the implementation of programs, projects and activities (PPAs) is founded on volunteerism, partnership, networking, and collaboration with the communities, local government units, environmental groups and funding agencies who shared the same vision with SPM. As a non-profit organization, SPM will anchor on the support of the volunteers and partners in its pursuit for a sustainable management and development of Mother Earth’s natural resources.
SPM will assist in increasing the capacity of the communities and people’s organizations through community organizing, awareness building, technology / knowledge transfer for them to become effective conduit and partners in the sustainable management and care of the environment.
SPM will build strong partnership with local government units, government agencies, other environmental organizations, funding donors in the mobilization of resources, designing and implementation of environmental projects.
SPM will motivate individuals to become volunteers to share their skills, talents, and financial resources to support SPM programs, projects and activities.
SPM will develop project proposals and access funds from international donors, local corporations, and government institutions.
